Una de las lineas del proyecto "Wi-Fi El Alto" es que el mismo sea autosostenible financieramente, mediante la formacion de una comunidad de usuarios del sistema hecha cooperativa, misma que tendria que velar por la gestion del ancho de banda de internet (adquisicion, distribucion y otras tareas).

La autosostenibilidad es importante, puesto que en la mayoria de los proyectos que cuentan con apoyo financiero extranjero... estos se mueren en cuanto se acaba el financiamiento, y no queremos que nos pase eso, ya les estaremos informando sobre este aspecto.

Tambien hay que decirlo: aspiramos a construir una file...
